A female lion needs 5 kg of meat everyday, that’s heaps. A male needs 7kg or more food a day! A baby lion is called a cub, whelp or lionet which is cute. In the wild, lions live from 12 years up to16 years. They live up to 25 years in captivity. Which is quite young for us.

ReplyDeleteHi, I love the research you have done on Lions. I didn't know they could run so fast! I can see you have had a small problem with your formatting and your pictures are off the page. You could try 'clear format' to fix it. Here is a clip that might help you. You might have to copy and paste the link.

Great work!
Hi Yago. Good to see your managing to get your online work done. You found some really interesting facts.
ReplyDeleteThey are big beautiful animals however I wouldn’t want to come across one. I always feel a little sad when I see them in captivity I think they should be in the wild. What’s your thought about them being in captivity? They have animal reserves where they can roam and live a natural life without being hunted.
